I’ve always felt like I should put down a perfect bead and then smooth it after, but there’s not need!
This view is what makes me feel like it’s all not so bad.The leeks and the broccoli and the cauliflower.
They’re all just as happy as can be.. Can you tell my mind is just spinning?Can you tell I have 1001 thing to show you and tell you all about this garden?Can you tell I’m lost and hopeful and overwhelmed and a little proud all at the same time?.
I guess that’s why the only way I can sum it up is to say: Yup, it’s a learning experience.. And the season’s really only just getting started.This, my friends, is an idea post.Not an execution post.
And it’s about my giant chalkboard that I made a couple of months ago.. My giant chalkboard that I finally got hung up in the kitchen on the blank wall where I needed something cheery.
And then I left it there and did nothing.. I’m no great chalkboarder, you see.We’re so glad to have been able to finally give her the room of her dreams now though and to have it be something she can really use and enjoy everyday.
Let’s do a little before and after tour, shall we?.So here are those scary dark blue walls I mentioned:.
As far as navy blues go, that was a fairly nice one.The walls were really banged up though and the color was a little too much on all the walls.
